2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer.
A portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of portfolios).
Proficiency in tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite (software can always be learned on the job, but a strong eye for motion and aesthetics is key!)
Crafting visually engaging motion experiences that elevate a brand’s digital presence.
Creating a library of reusable assets and motion elements to streamline workflow and maintain consistency across projects.
Developing fluid animations and 3D visuals that effectively communicate complex ideas in an impactful way.
Understanding and executing motion principles like timing, easing, and physics to create seamless interactions and animations.
Bringing storytelling to life through motion, ensuring a balance between creativity and functionality.
Creating cinematic sequences, micro-interactions, and UI animations that enhance user engagement.
Performing motion QA and working closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation across different platforms.
Driving discussions and presenting ideas confidently, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand vision.
Collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate motion into digital products and brand communication.

We provide accommodation to all our core team members in Panchgani, with all basic utilities covered including cleaning, electricity, water and lunch on all working days.

Our days at NOCT HQ often include mountain biking, running on table land, walks in the forest or a game of table tennis. Weekends bring treks, bonfires, impromptu music sessions and rafting in the dam. We live amidst nature, basking in the wonders of rural living, enjoying the simple pleasures and finding inspiration in the wild; all the while working just as one would in any metropolitan city. Naturally, we mean business.

Selected candidates will be intimated and the onboarding process will begin. We will need you to sign the employment agreements before work begins.
