Students, creators, storytellers, and freshers with a strong interest in video editing and content creation can apply.
A portfolio, showreel, content page, personal projects, freelance work, or any body of work that demonstrates storytelling, editing skills, and creative thinking. (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of work and potential)
Working knowledge of editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
Understanding of social media content formats, audience attention spans, and platform-specific storytelling is a plus.
Editing videos and reels across projects for social media, brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and studio initiatives.
Crafting compelling narratives through pacing, timing, motion, sound, and visual storytelling.
Researching content trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices to improve performance and engagement.
Coordinating with NOCT’s in-house team at the Panchgani studio as well as any other remote team members.
Collaborating with team members and actively participating in discussions and brainstorming sessions.
Organising project files, assets, and edit workflows to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Collaborating with founders, designers, and cross-functional teams on exploratory AI-led initiatives and projects.
Taking initiative to experiment with formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques to create content people actually watch.

If you’re through the first round, we’ll set up a video interview with you. You will be required to share your screen and walk us through some of your work.
In case we feel that we need a better understanding of your design skills after the interview, we’ll ask you to complete a short design exercise.

Selected candidates will be intimated and the onboarding process will begin. We will need you to sign the employment agreements before work begins.
